MySWIMPass provides an online platform for booking hotel day passes and related pool, fitness, and spa amenities. Our Service includes:

• Online day-pass search and booking
• Pool, gym, and spa access reservations
• Facility reservation services
• Mobile ordering and check-in
• Guest pass management

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a legal resident of the United States
• Provide accurate and complete information

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of our Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activities that occur under your account, and notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Day-pass fees and other charges are outlined at the time of purchase. All fees are subject to change with prior notice. Refund and cancellation policies are governed by the terms of your specific purchase.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by MySWIMPass and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYSWIMPASS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MySWIMPass and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
